***This is not a tender exercise by the Education Authority.*** The Education Authority (EA) wishes to engage with the market to seek their views on establishing a robust, value for money contract for the Servicing and Repair of Grounds Maintenance Equipment for EA's North and East localities . Any information gathered through this market consultation exercise will inform internal business planning and any possible subsequent procurement process and will NOT be appraised in any future tender evaluation exercise. Please note that participation or non-participation in this preliminary market consultation exercise shall not prevent any supplier from participating in any potential procurement process, nor is it intended that any information supplied shall place any supplier at an advantage or disadvantage in any forthcoming procurement process. For the avoidance of doubt, this is the scoping phase of the project and is not part of a formal procurement process. The tender is envisaged to be published Feb 2024. Please note any estimated framework agreement values contained within this notice are subject to change and will be published in the future contract notice. The values within this Prior Information Notice (PIN) represent estimated spend on the framework agreement over four years. The estimated range value for this framework agreement is £500,000 with the upper estimated framework agreement value i.e. £700,000 for contingency purposes within the the lifetime of the framework agreement. This upper limit also includes the provision for Voluntary Grammar schools and other educational establishments who may avail of this framework agreement. Please note, there is no guarantee of the volume required during the framework agreement or to the exact value of orders over the framework agreement period.
