Wrexham County Borough Council is seeking to appoint a Contractor to provide a flexible and scalable Security Service for its asset portfolio. The Contracted Work will primarily involve mobile security services, with static guarding only forming a small part of the Contracted Work. Additional ad-hoc security services will be required to meet evolving Council requirements and emergencies faced by the Council and the residents of Wrexham County Borough.
The assets covered by this Contract are located across the County Borough and include buildings such as schools, bus stations, corporate offices and sheltered housing.
The Contract will be for a 4 years with the option to extend for a further 2 years.

Wrexham County Borough Council is seeking to appoint a Contractor to provide a flexible and scalable Security Service for its asset portfolio. The Contracted Work will primarily involve mobile security services such as external patrols, with static guarding only forming a small part of the Contracted Work. The Contractor will also be required to operate a keyholding service on behalf of the Council and open/close buildings accordingly.
Additional ad-hoc security services will also be required to meet evolving Council requirements and any emergencies faced by the Council and its residents.
The assets covered by this Contract are located across the County Borough and include buildings such as schools, bus stations, corporate offices and sheltered housing.
The Contract will be for a 4 years with the option to extend for a further 2 years.
