Description
South Oxhey Leisure Centre is a busy gym and swimming pool located on Gosforth Lane in Watford. The council aims to install an additional solar PV system on the available roof space to further increase on-site renewable energy generation. The new PV system will be funded by the council, with the electricity generated sold to Everyone Active through a Power Purchase Agreement (PPA).
