Description
HFL Education's requirement is to establish a multi supplier framework agreement for the provision of Management Information Systems for schools and education settings. There are 6 distinct Lots that tenderers are able to apply for, these lots are as follows;

▪ LOT 2 Cloud based MIS solution for a secondary phase setting, ENGLAND
▪ LOT 3 Cloud based MIS solution for MATS, ENGLAND

Framework operation description
This procurement is for the first framework to be awarded under the Open Framework which is intended
to operate for a period of two (2) or three (3) years after which a replacement framework will
be awarded on substantially the same terms following a further procurement exercise.
HFL Education intends to award a second framework for a period of two (2) or three (3) years
following the first framework and a third framework for a period of two (2) or three (3) years
following the second framework.
