Description
NRW is seeking to award a framework agreement to deliver training in regulation, audit and management systems. The requirement builds on current training programmes: 'How to Regulate' (HTR) and 'Auditing for Sustainable Management of Natural Resources' (SMNR). Additional training needs have been identified in Environmental Management Systems (EMS) performance assessment for environmental regulators.

Framework operation description
Under this framework, pricing for each course will include two main components: a daily development rate to cover the initial creation of the course, and a separate course delivery rate. Additionally, a separate daily rate will be applied for any future updates or modifications required for the courses.
