Orbit has 67 Independent Living (IL) schemes across the Midlands, East Anglia, South London, and the South-East of England, which contain circa 3,800 properties. These schemes enable the resident to live within a safe and secure community with a 24/7 service in case of an emergency.

Orbit is seeking the provision of Independent Living Scheme furniture- supply & installations to be delivered across various geographical regions in which Orbit operates.

Orbit is seeking to award an initial 12-month contract (with the option further extension of +12 months, +12 months, +12 months depended upon the budget approvals, & strategic scope/requirements of the business.) for the provision of Independent Living Scheme furniture- supply & installations to be delivered across various geographical regions in which Orbit operates. (see table below).

There are two lots of furniture requirements, please confirm which lot you are tendering for: (bidders can apply for both lots)

Supply & Installation

It will be the successful Supplier’s responsibility to coordinate the delivery and installation of all products within the established completions schedule of this Contract. Delivery dates may be subject to change, Orbit will notify the supplier within the agreed lead time for items required for each scheme.
