Translink is seeking to establish a Framework Agreement with multiple suppliers to deliver a range of Motor Vehicle Engineer Services.
The Service Provider will be instructed at Translink’s request to inspect motor vehicles as and when a claim is submitted to Translink.
Approximately 350 inspections per year will be carried out, however it should be noted that this is an estimate only and no minimum level of work is guaranteed under this framework.
The Motor Vehicle Engineer will be responsible for assessing damage to vehicles following motor vehicle accidents. Services will include the following aspects:

Repair Costing
Post-repair inspections
Diminution in Value
Low velocity Impact Inspections
