Scope

Description

This engagement addresses a requirement for a Programme Manager for the Portable Device Counter (PCD) to lead and complete the PCD Transition Programme rollout across the Post Office branch network for a short-term period, ensuring the system transitions to POL ownership with no service disruption and within cost constraints. Post Office would like to engage with Accenture to provide support for this short-term scope of services.
