Ongo currently employ approximately 460 staff all based within the North Lincolnshire Region. Ages range from 18 to 66 years old and Male/Female ratios are currently 49% Male and 51% Female.
Health and Wellbeing is high on the agenda at Ongo Homes Ltd. We are current holders of the Gold Award from the North Lincolnshire Council Healthy Workplace Awards Scheme.
We currently spend approximately £40,000 (plus VAT) per annum on providing a health benefits scheme where we pay a fee per staff member per month. This has different levels of contributions and benefits and staff can choose to self-fund enhanced benefits via the scheme.
We want to take a fresh approach to a staff health scheme and are looking to the market and its suppliers to offer similar and alternative schemes. This scheme must benefit our staff and meet the objectives of enhancing health and wellbeing for staff. The scheme must also be value for money and staff should want to use it.
