two.2.4) Description of the procurement
The building is a masonry building, 16415 x 12590mm (73 x 56 bricks stretcher bond) with a truss rafter roof. The building provides storage units for sports equipment and grounds maintenance equipment plus storage for the Town Council. It also provides a workshop and club house for the local community. The construction is a brick and block with Eco-Therm cavity insultation within the cavity around the workshop. The remaining cavity walls are left empty. The roof is slate to match the Pavilion. The external works are to have a Grasscrete between the Pavilion car park and the new building, plus path around the building.
