seven.2.1) Description of the modifications

Nature and extent of the modifications (with indication of possible earlier changes to the contract):

12 month contract extension to the current contract and temporary approval to open Monday - Saturday 9am - 5pm until 20th June 2025, whilst recruitment is prioritised with a 6 weekly contract review.

Need for modification brought about by circumstances which a diligent contracting authority/entity could not foresee.

The 12 month extension will allow for services to again continue as they have been for several years and would again impact patients minimally. It will allow further processes under PSR to take place.
