Rotherham Metropolitan Borough Council are seeking to engage with providers for the delivery of a Post CSE Support Services in Rotherham for victims and survivors of child sexual exploitation and their immediate family.

The contract is expected to commence on the 1st January 2026 and will run for the duration of 3 years with a fix and firm value.

The contract is divided into 3 lots:

Lot 1: Practical, emotional support and advocacy

Lot 2: Evidence based therapeutic interventions

Lot 3: Practical, emotional support and advocacy and evidence based therapeutic interventions.

INFORMATION RELEVANT TO ALL LOTS

The Council plans to seek tenders from experienced organisations that are interested in providing Post CSE Support Services in Rotherham.

.

Post CSE Support Services are services intended to help victims and survivors of CSE and their immediate families overcome the impact of their trauma experienced. Other intended outcomes from the services are:

.

• Build resilience and develop coping strategies for everyday

life

• Improve their self-esteem and self-confidence

• Improve their mental health and wellbeing

• Be supported in fulfilling their maximum potential

• Reduce the risk of harm.

.

The contract is intended to commence on the 1st January 2026 for a 3-year period with a fix and firm contract value.

.

The Post CSE Support Services are contracted in three separate lots with separate contract values.

.

Lot 1: Practical, Emotional Support and Advocacy (GBP £36,300 per annum)

Lot 2: Evidence Based Therapeutic Interventions (GBP £49,500 per annum)

Lot 3: Practical, Emotional Support and Advocacy and Evidence Based Therapeutic Interventions (GBP £85,800 per annum)

Providers are invited to attend a market engagement (ME) event on Wednesday 20th November 2024 from 10:00 hours to 11:30 hours via Microsoft Teams.

The purpose of this initial engagement phase is to help inform the Market of the Council’s intention and support with further development of the specification & further decision making.

Participation or non-participation in this pre-procurement market engagement shall not prevent any potential provider participating in, nor shall it place any potential provider at an advantage in any future procurement opportunity.

For clarity, this is not a Request for Quote / Tender. Any resultant opportunity will be advertised after the Market engagement event. Any future procurement opportunity is expected to be published on or around 30thJanuary 2025, however, this timeframe is indicative only and the Council reserves the right to reschedule any forthcoming publication at any time.
