Framework operation description
The bidder that scores highest in the tender will be the first placed supplier, with the second highest scoring bidder to be appointed as the second placed supplier, to be used if the primary supplier could not fulfil the requirements.
All Orders are direct awarded following the awards without re-opening competition process defined in Framework Agreement Clause 4.2.
In the event the first placed Supplier:
is unable to complete the delivery within the timescales required in Order,
does not submit a quotation in accordance with the Framework Price List, or
declines to quote,
the work is awarded to the second placed Supplier on the relevant framework.
