Cadent are required to protect its CNI Portfolio and have identified Austrey, Aspley & Rugby as requiring a LITE integrated security solution (ISS) installation to increase security, remove obsolescence and provide a standard approach across our estate.

The Works are to build the ISS Lite solution in accordance with the Approved G/17 Design Pack and to Cadent's CAD/SHES/PM/45 specification. The Contractor will act as both Principal Contractor responsible for engaging and managing any sub-contractors or consultants required for the Works.

The works will include, but not be limited to, the following elements;

• Site Mobilisation and access including arrangements for Temporary Security and Welfare.

• Removal of existing 2.4m high palisade fence and installation of new fencing solution.

• Installation of all associated ducting and bases related to the technology requirements of the ISS System

• Installation of a new ISS Kiosk and UPS system.

• Installation and Commissioning of the ISS equipment, including integration into the Cadent ARC.

• Handover of all documentation in line with Cadent Data book requirements.
