it's intention to seek invitation to tenders for the delivery of an innovative, recovery focussed, integrated drugs and alcohol service. This will provide a single point of access to a range of psychosocial, pharmacological and harm reduction interventions with referral on to recovery services and Tier 4 interventions.
The contract will commence on 01 April 2024 for an initial period of 3 years with the option to extend for a further two periods of up to 36 months each and one 12 month period up to a maximum of 10 years, subject to funding.

shall be in accordance with the Public Contracts Regulation 2015 (as amended) (the
