Description
The London Borough of Hackney (LBH) is seeking to understand the current capabilities and interest in the market for the provision of food services to Oswald Street Day Opportunities. Oswald Street Day Centre provides support to vulnerable adults in Hackney and is committed to offering high-quality, nutritious, and culturally appropriate food to our service users.
The purpose of this Soft Market Testing exercise is to:
1. Understand what service models and innovations are available in the market
2. Gauge market interest in participating in a future procurement
3. Explore potential opportunities for improving outcomes and value-for-money
