Description
Palatine Beds require experienced providers to help support with deliveries, collections and PLIS works over a four-year contract period. The framework is anticipated to start August 2025 and involves deliveries, collections and PLIS works of all sizes across the country.
To meet the above requirements, the Council wishes to establish a single Lot Framework Agreement. It is anticipated that a maximum of three suppliers will be appointed to the framework on a ranked basis.

Framework operation description
In order to be appointed to this framework, following evaluation your organisation must be ranked 1 - 3.
The successful Suppliers will enter into a framework agreement in a form which is set out in Appendix D. The framework is anticipated to commence September 2025 and will be for a maximum of 4 years (2 years plus 2 x 12-month extensions).
The Contracting Authority does not give any guarantee and/or warrant the actual value of the works/goods/services/number of projects (if any) which will be placed with the successful Suppliers by any client using the framework pursuant to this process and accepts no liability thereof.
The basis for award of specific streams of work(s) is via direct award involving those companies who are successful on the framework following initial tender stage
