DWP has provisionally allocated £33m between 2022 and 2025 for the The Reducing Parental Conflict (RPC) Programme in the Poverty, Families and Disadvantage Directorate baselined budget from 2022 to 2025. Challenge Fund 2 will build on the evidence and learning generated from Challenge Fund 1, to support the wider

aims of the RPC programme to equip Local Authorities with products and/or services with the knowledge and tools to embed RPC support in local services as well as testing universal digital approaches.

The Delivery Partner (Supplier) is responsible for managing the End-to-End Grant Application and Monitoring & Compliance processes. The Delivery Partner was secured through the procurement of a contract with the DWP with the purpose to manage the grant management process on DWP's behalf. RPC CF2 services will be delivered from 17th November 2022 until 31st March 2025. Full details of the services to be delivered are included in the detailed specification and in the ITT documentation.
