Market research completed indicated price fluctuations significantly over the last 12-24 months, with costs associated with raw materials, manufacturing, processing, transportation, and labour contributing to the continued volatility in the market. One year contract allows to capture fixed costs whilst longer term solution is sought.
A PIN will be issued January 2024 followed bt competitive tender process will commence Q1 of FY 24/25
