This is a contract awarded under the The Health Care Services (Provider Selection Regime) Regulations 2023 Direct Award C.

The contract will commence on 1 July 2025 and the initial term will be 3 years until 30 June 2028. There is an option to extend the contract for up to a further 2 years at the sole discretion of the Authority. The total estimated value of the contract is £8451915.00 including the possible extension period.

The contract is for the provision of a community drug and alcohol service on the Isle of Wight for adults and young people.

The service will be recovery-oriented, outcomes-focused, evidence based and tailored to meet the needs of individuals and communities to empower people to lead drug / alcohol free lives where possible. The service will need to be proactive and responsive to new trends in substance use (illegal, legal, or other) throughout the life of the contract.
