As detailed in the ITT document, the Contracting Authority reserves the right in its absolute discretion to not to award any Contract and or collapse the Competition for any reason. NIHE has, in the exercise of that discretion, decided to discontinue with this procurement to review recent relevant NI Public Procurement Policy and the procurement in general. At this time, it is envisaged that a new procurement will be issued in due course
