A five-year lease will be offered to the chosen supplier, with the option to extend the contract further for two years. The Contract is anticipated to start in April/May 2023.

Hackney Council has a requirement for the provision of catering services and building management to a new cafe and community space at its Abney Park Cemetery, 215 Stoke Newington High Street, London N16 0LH.

A five-year lease will be offered to the chosen supplier, with the option to extend the contract further for two years. The Contract is anticipated to start in April/May 2023.

Site visits are a mandatory part of this tender and must be undertaken during the Clarification period (available dates for these are detailed in the timetable).

Bidders will also be invited to attend an optional online Q & A event held by the Council and Abney Park Trust, where questions can be asked about the Trust and its activities.

The cafe and community space building is currently under construction and Bidders will be shown the area as a work in progress.
