DFE are conducted this Further Competition on behalf Northern Arch Learning Partnership (“The Customer”).
This procurement is for Cleaning Services to be provided to Northern Arch Learning Partnership which is based in Darlington and made up of 3 schools.
This Further Competition is issued in relation to the YPO 000879 Building in Use Support Services, procured by YPO in compliance with the Public Contracts Regulations 2015. This Further Competition will involve inviting tenders from all suppliers who were successfully awarded onto the relevant lot(s).

Northern Arch Learning Partnership (the “Customer”) is a Multi Academy Trust bringing together partners from early years, primary, secondary and post-16 sectors to deliver the vision for a happy, healthy and successful learning community.
The Customer is required to run a tender process to appoint one single Supplier for Cleaning Services for 3 academies to align with their current contracts ending November 2024 and will continue on a rolling basis until a new supplier has been appointed.
Cleaning services are currently provided by external suppliers.
This process is required to ensure:
1. An open, collaborate partnership between the Customer and the Supplier.
2. The Customer is regularly consulted on the service.
3. Service quality monitoring is adequate, including reporting to appointed trust contact.
4. Achieve a more consistent and sustainable approach to Cleaning across the Customer’s Sites.
5. Ensure a consistently high level of service across all schools.
6. Priority for ensuring each school has a high quality, reliable and feasible service for all students and staff members regardless of site visited.
