Camden is looking to transform the Holborn area by delivering a scheme that will influence modal change to accommodate significant growth in sustainable travel (in particular walking and cycling), as well as to support the growing number of residents, visitors, businesses, and the local economy. This is in line with the aims set out in the Mayor’s Transport Strategy (MTS) and the Camden Transport Strategy. This work requires a traffic modelling consultant to carry out substantial LINSIG and VISSIM models of the Holborn area, as well as ONE modelling.
