We require the provision of Health Visiting services. This includes the Early Years and School population in line with the UK Healthy Child Programme for the firm base practices. HV provision also extends to support to families in the Central European Practice in liaison with the practice manager, nurse, or GP although a majority of their care will fall to host nation services. This will include face to face or teleconsultation support for expecting and new parents and advice for 0-19 issues which fall within the remit of the UK health visitor service. CEP patients are primarily cared for in the host nation, so this is not full service but provides UK cultural overlay and sometimes direct advice or screening intervention where this is not possible in the local environment. This amounts to a population who will benefit from support of circa (0-5 years) 173, and limited (6-19 years) c.368.
