Plant familiarisation training, in accordance with relevant regulations, should be provided at the time of plant hire.

Throughout the duration of this framework agreement, there will be no minimum order value, ensuring flexibility and accessibility for Swansea Council's equipment and plant hire needs.

Provide compelling evidence of conformity to relevant European or British Standards for all tools, equipment, and plant supplied. Ensure that CE markings, signifying compliance, are prominently displayed on all equipment.

The prices listed in this Pricing Schedule are inclusive of all components, encompassing profit, labour, materials, fuel, delivery, and any other expenses as specified under the Conditions of the Contract, which are the responsibility of the Supplier.

Prices are to remain fixed for an initial period of twelve (12) months.

Bidders are required to submit pricing for all items within the lot.
