CPI are looking to appoint a suitability experienced Contractor who can undertake a full review of CPI’s enterprise architecture and act as a critical friend to work with CPI to aid the modernisation of current architecture and systems used to make day to day business activities and processes more efficient and joined up. CPI envisage that the work linked to this framework agreement will be let in several different phases over the lifetime of the framework agreement. When phases are required, CPI will contact the Contractor to start the process of planning and understanding the proposed costs for the phase.CPI are a Cloud first organisation; the Contractor will be expected to have excellent knowledge of solutions available in the market to aid with the following areas of CPI’s business activity: • Procurement including (Procure to Pay P2P)• Warehousing and Inventory Management• CRM• HR• Finance• Asset Management
