As such UK/EU Contract Regulations do not apply.East Suffolk Council is looking to work with experienced and skilled creative and cultural organisations on a programme of bold and transformative cultural activities to be delivered over a period of 3 years through Arts Council England’s ‘Place Partnership Fund’.Through the Place Partnership Fund, the projects will aim to deliver against at least one of the following outcomes:• Support and involve communities in high quality culture• Improve creative and cultural education for children and young people• Improve health and wellbeing through creative and cultural activity• Build skills and capacity in the cultural sector and grow its economic impact• Establish an ongoing, sustainable, collaborative partnership for developing and delivering cultural activity across the town.
