two.2.4) Description of the procurement

East Lothian Council is looking to appoint a provider for Legionella and Water Quality.

The Term Maintenance Contract will be to undertake Legionella & Water Quality Management & Associated Works primarily to Public Buildings (although there is a limited amount of Estates, HMO Building’s etc) which include the following:

1. Risk Assessments (including Reassessments).

2. Monitoring Tasks.

3. Inspections.

4. Cleaning & Disinfection Tasks.

5. Analytical Testing.

6. Water Cooler Servicing.

7. Reactive Maintenance.

8. Remedial Works (where necessary).
