Scope
Description
Translink wishes to appoint a provider for the provision of a fully functioning and supported Insurance Claims Management System. The required solution must be cloud-based SaaS that is already available 'commercially off the shelf' (COTS). Your response must be submitted via the relevant call for tender (CfT). No other method of submission will be accepted.
