The aim of this ITT is to appoint a minimum of two and maximum of three consultant firms to a Fixed Term Framework to provide NHS Tayside with advice and assistance within the multi discipline services related to the management of properties held by NHS Tayside.
The services may be applicable to owned or leased properties and may typically include the undernoted services (list not comprehensive).
The marketing and disposal of properties declared surplus.

Ad-hoc tasks required regarding the regular management of leased properties – such as advice to legal representatives for preparation of lease conditions; Rent Reviews; Condition and Dilapidation surveys.
