Queen’s University Belfast seeks to appoint the services of a Consultancy team to support cultural change.The outputs being sought from the culture change programme are:• An assessment of current culture which can be segmented.• A vision for a desired culture which can be segmented.• Robust, segmented, statistically sound data to evidence decision making regarding cultural change.• A measurable change programme detailing the impact/prioritisation of each change lever, roles, responsibilities, and resourcing requirements.The Provider will also be required to administer a 360-leadership feedback tool to the University Management Board.
