The College intends to procure a framework of training providers, with whom we may partner with in the delivery of Skills Bootcamps, on a subcontract basis. We hold current funding from Department for Education (DfE) and North East Combined Authority (NECA) for these programmes. Contracts awarded under this proposed framework agreement will be dependent on the College being awarded future funding to provide these types of programmes.
Skills Bootcamps are UK Government funded programmes for Adult Learners age 19+. These are flexible programmes that last up to 16 weeks and must offer participants a guaranteed job interview on completion (for independent/unemployed learners).
We are interested in engaging delivery partners able to meet specific industry and sector need, and who bring high quality teaching and learning and hold established employer relationships.
