The process results in a final Composted Product that has been sanitised and stabilised, is high in humic substances and can be used as a soil improver, as an ingredient in growing media, or blended to produce a top soil that will meet British Standard BS 3882,

This material will have been collected separately by the Council or its’ agents at the household waste recycling centres, via fortnightly household garden waste bin collections and other adhoc means (eg Christmas tree recycling collections).
