First Greater Western Limited (GWR) are seeking Expressions of Interest (EOI) to identify Service Providers who would be interested in bidding for the provision of Station Information and Security Systems (SISS) maintenance. Services include preventative, corrective, renewal and enhancements at Railway Stations and Depots on the GWR rail network, alongside associated activities such as reporting and provision of a fault reporting solution.
This will include, but is not limited to, Closed-Circuit Television (CCTV), Customer Information Systems (CIS), Public Address Systems (PA) and Passenger Help Points (PHP).

First Greater Western Limited (GWR) are seeking Expressions of Interest (EOI) to identify Service Providers who would be interested in bidding for the provision of Station Information and Security Systems (SISS) maintenance. Services include preventative, corrective, renewal and enhancements at Railway Stations and Depots on the GWR rail network, alongside associated activities such as reporting and provision of a fault reporting solution.
This will include, but is not limited to, Closed-Circuit Television (CCTV), Customer Information Systems (CIS), Public Address Systems (PA) and Passenger Help Points (PHP).
GWR managed railway stations and depots have a mixture of SISS assets, whilst over half the stations will consist of CCTV, CIS, PA, PHP and more, smaller stations only have PHPs, and depots have CCTV.
The successful provider shall ensure that these assets are maintained in line with GWR maintenance requirements and Network Rail (NR) Standards.
