This Request for Information (RFI) seeks to gather views and intelligence that providers would like to offer to shape how best to take forward the procurement of Shared Lives in 2025 in order to grow the offer.

Please visit https://supplierlive.proactisp2p.com/Account/Login between 4th November 2024 and 29th November 2024 to view RFI documents and send Surrey County Council your responses if interested.
