Two short term (up to 4 week stays) reablement beds for people who meet the thresholds of requiring a bariatric bed and equipment. This is for people who are medically optimised for hospital discharge but require an assessment in a residential care home setting to establish their ongoing needs and to formulate an appropriate plan for their return home or to a longer term placement in a residential home setting.

The beds are for people who are ordinarily resident in Leicestershire and Leicester aged 18+
