BP is procuring the services of an experienced PMCM organisation to act as a Development and Delivery Partner (PDP) for the Future Port Talbot programme. This role as PDP will be required to provide as a minimum the following core services:• Project Management • Design management• Cost & Risk management • Construction management• ECI/EPC capability• Interface Management.The PDP will be responsible for providing services across the entire programme, which will be split into the following two stages;• Development stageProvide the day-to-day management of the development and technical advisory work activities associated with preparing and submitting a DCO submission and all other necessary requirements for planning and procuring the delivery of the Future Port Talbot scope and vision.It will also be necessary that the PDP will provide early construction integration and expertise with further inputs and guidance on procurement, supply chain and construction logistics.• Delivery Stage The PDP will provide programme-wide project & construction management, including the management and reporting of cost, time, environment, health and safety, quality, engineering, construction and operational transition for the duration of the Project.
