To reduce waiting lists in line with set targets for local Bolton Hospital patients. Primary site Beaumont Hospital, Old Hall Clough, Chorley New Road, Bolton, BL6 4LA. Service to run to 31/03/26, with the option to extend up to 01/08/2027 if required.
