Thames Water, in partnership with the other UK water companies and Ofwat, are looking to develop an innovative 'no dig pipe leak repair technology' to fix leaking pipes without the need to dig a hole

Thames Water endeavour to engage an interested delivery partner(s) to develop their initial idea through to designing and building a conceptual model and prototype for potential wider adoption of the technology in the UK Water Sector.

Solving this problem will present the successful organisation with an opportunity to monetise a solution to a problem costing the UK and international water companies millions of pounds each year as well the cost and disruption of road works.

The solution can be tested with the active participation, cooperation and expertise of Thames Water on existing assets and funding will also be provided to develop and tailor the solution to the water industry.
