Surrey County Council is seeking an RFI (Request for Information) to gain an understanding of the current market capabilities, capacity and appetite to deliver everyday living models of care.
Surrey County Council would like organisations with commercial and technical knowledge of these models of care to provide a detailed response to the Request for Information (RFI).

two.2.4) Description of the procurement
The services delivered support adult residents of Surrey with eligible care needs associated with learning disabilities and/or autism. The only exceptions to this is Travel training. An extension of the current offer (for adults) to include young people aged 16-25 with Education, Health and Care Plans is being considered.
The services enable people to connect with the local community in a way that optimises independence, choice and control.
Support with Everyday Living comprises the following models of care:
• Support with securing and retaining paid employment
• Supported Internships (young people aged 18+ with Education, Health and Care Plans) and Supported Internships (young people aged 18+ without EHCPs but with additional needs)
• Unpaid Vocational Activity
• Community-based Outreach
• Day Services
• Non-residential Short Breaks
• Independent Travel Training
