Description of options

While the initial term of the contract is to deliver an anechoic chamber, the Catapult reserves the right to extend the contract to purchase additional phases of the CESAT solution as outlined in ambition stated in the technical specification. This would be at the agreement of both Parties and formalised via a signed contract change notice. This is to facilitate the ongoing design and development of the required outcome and would be a continuation of work on that basis.
