Description

Liverpool City Region Combined Authority (LCRCA) is looking for a supplier who can provide a new Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) system to replace the Computerised Maintenance Management System (CMMS) currently being used. The new platform must be capable to assist the LCRCA Asset Management Department to manage and maintaining the LCRCA assets across the estate, within the following services:

* Maintenance Delivery for planned and reactive maintenance

* Works Support

* Stores

* Resource Planning

Total value (estimated)

  • £800,000 excluding VAT
  • £960,000 including VAT

  • 22 September 2025 to 21 September 2029
  • Possible extension to 30 September 2033
  • 8 years, 9 days

Description of possible extension:

The initial contract period is for 4 years to allow for the bedding in of a new system with 2 x 2 year extensions resulting in a total of 8 years.

Options

The right to additional purchases while the contract is valid.

Due to the nature of the contract we may require to increase the amount of users should the business need require it. The proposed contract will build in the facility to amend the number of licenced users.
