Scope

Description

Neath Port Talbot Council / SWTRA will be inviting tenders from suitably qualified and experienced organisations to under take highways engineering consultancy services across the South Wales Trunk Road network and is intending to appoint a number of Suppliers to the Framework based on three regional lots relating to the West, Central and Eastern areas of the South Wales Trunk Road network.
