BCP FuturePlaces require the services of suitably experienced, qualified, and competent project inception and design advisory professionals to provide strategic advice on the research, iteration and inception of projects, and all design-related decision making through the provision of Project Inception, Client Advisory and Design Advisory Services.

The top 4 ranked suppliers will be awarded a position on the Framework.

Framework call offs will be made via either a direct award or a mini competition process.

Each call off will have its own specification, pricing request and, for mini-competitions, evaluation criteria.

For the avoidance of doubt, the decision as to whether to select a consultant via a Direct Award or by way of a Mini-Competition shall be entirely at FuturePlaces’ discretion.

No volume or value of work is to be assumed under this framework.

BCP FuturePlaces (FuturePlaces) is a new placemaking and delivery company set up to drive stewardship-led regeneration in Bournemouth Christchurch and Poole, set up by Bournemouth, Christchurch and Poole Council.

BCP FuturePlaces require the services of suitably experienced, qualified, and competent project inception and design advisory professionals to provide strategic advice on the research, iteration and inception of projects, and all design-related decision making through the provision of Project Inception, Client Advisory and Design Advisory Services.

The top 4 ranked suppliers will be awarded a position on the Framework. Framework call offs will be made via either a direct award or a mini competition process.
