Supply of assorted pre-terminated electrical and data cables to a supplied design ("Harness") for London Underground Limited. Goods required to facilitate compliance to the Rail Vehicle Accessibility Regulations Project for 1972 Tube Stock (Bakerloo Line).

(3) Upon completion of steps 1 and/or 2, interested parties must inform MohamedSalah@tfl.gov.uk with the following details:

- your organisation name as registered in SAP Ariba;

- your applicable supplier ID associated with TfL in SAP Ariba, in the form of SM Vendor ID, or ERP ID, or AN ID, or ACM ID;

- your single point of contact registered on SAP Ariba; first name and surname;

- your email address registered with SAP Ariba; and

- your role in the organisation as registered with SAP Ariba;

Completion of these steps will enable TfL to invite interested parties to the ITT event in SAP Ariba to gain access to the procurement documents, allowing interested bidders to submit their ITT response via SAP Ariba.

There is a risk that the design (cable lengths, connection type/specification, etc.) may be incorrect and should this need to be changed it would result in a contract variation.

There is a risk that due to operational considerations that the installation programme may need to be changed which may result in an increase in manufacturing speed and or storage in the manufacture's control or site.

Competitive flexible procedure description

This tender will follow the competitive flexible procedure comprising of five elements; (1) Signed Formal Offer of Tender; (2) Procurement Specific Questionnaire (PSQ) which include the Conditions of Participation; (3) response to the Technical Submission; (4) response to the Project Management Submission; and (5) the Commercial Submission.

Scoring shall be a mix of pass/fail, discretionary pass / fail, and geared score elements which may include minimum pass score where indicated. A 'fail' in a Stage will exclude a Bidder from further consideration.

Once the bids are evaluated, negotiations will cover such topics as TFL, in its discretion, determines may be necessary. On conclusion of negotiation Bidders will be asked to resubmit the elements of the Bid negotiated on. These elements shall be re-evaluated to the published scoring criteria and a final score given.
