two.2.4) Description of the procurement
Ayrshire Housing requires a multi-trade contractor to deliver day to day reactive repairs including emergency call out facility, void maintenance works and sundry repair works within various tenanted properties. Ayrshire Housing has a current housing stock of circa 1,500 properties at various locations throughout Ayrshire. The location of the properties is provided in the list of addresses which are contained in the Invitation to Tender.
Workload will vary from week to week. The successful contractor will not have exclusive rights to carry out all of the repair works. A reactive repairs and void maintenance support contractor is also being procured as Lot 2 and a proportion of the works will continue to be shared with this contractor.
