The Council is seeking to understand the market's ability to provide:
• Safe, secure, and appropriate accommodation for victims of domestic abuse, including those with complex needs.
• Holistic support services that promote safety, recovery, and long-term independence.
• A therapeutic approach to supporting children and young people.
• Inclusive and accessible provision that reflects the diverse needs of our communities.
• A partnership approach that aligns with local strategies and statutory duties under the Domestic Abuse Act 2021
• Specific support tailored to meet the needs of all people who need to access services, children, and young people and adults.

Engagement process description

Market engagement activities may continue up to end September. Tender is expected to be live approx. November 2025.
