The University of Sheffield requires External Audit service providers in compliance with the funder requirements for research grant agreements.The Audit Services shall be divided into two lots:● Lot 1 - External audit services for European H2020 research grants for The University of Sheffield.● Lot 2 - External audit services for UK Government funded research grants for The University of Sheffield. (UKRI, Innovate, BEIS (Department for Business, Energy and Industrial Strategy) for example).The University is looking to appoint a provider of audit services with experience of auditing research funded projects. The successful provider will demonstrate that they have the experience, approach and tools for the provision of audit.In the final year of the contract the Service Provider will be retained beyond the termination date to complete any ongoing project audits until the reports are submitted to the funder.
