This is a block contract. The approximate lifetime value of the contract is £230,000.

This notice is for intention to award via Direct Award process C for a block contract to commence from 8/10/2024 for 12 months with a contract value of c. £230,000.00. Under the test for considerable change this is within the permitted criteria (not exceeding £500,000 and 25%).

A community Ear, Nose and Throat (ENT) service with the overall aim of providing a timely assessment of the needs of a patient presenting with an ENT condition who would otherwise present in a secondary care service.

This is a block contract. The approximate lifetime value of the contract is £225,383.00.

This notice is for intention to award via Direct Award process C for a block contract to commence from 8/10/2024 with a contract value of c. £225,383.00 until 30/09/2025. Under the test for considerable change this is within the permitted criteria (not exceeding £500,000 and 25%).
